Meet The Staff
Joy Quillen, Practice Manager
Joy has been with our practice since 1994. She is a registered dental assistant and member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM). Joy loves all our patients and is committed to the quality of care and service we provide. Outside the office, Joy enjoys spending time with her husband and grandchildren.
Kristen Craig, New Patient Coordinator
Kristen started with the practice as a clinical registered dental assistant for Dr. Foster in 1998 and is now a member of our front office team. She enjoys gardening, baking, and spending time with family.
Susan Smith, Insurance Coordinator
Susan grew up as an “ ArmyBrat” , living in many parts of the United States as well as Taipei, Taiwan. She attended the University of North Alabama and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree. Susan has been in the dentistry field since 1985, starting as a dental assistant and then later moving to dental administration and public relations. Having lived in the Donelson/ Hermitage area since 1985, Susan enjoys seeing and visiting with friends that are patients in our office and building new relationships. Susan’s favorite pastime is spending time with her family and friends, traveling, beach trips, Alabama football, reading and all things outdoors.
Jessica Addison, Scheduling Coordinator
Addison is a Nashville native who joined our team in the spring of 2022. She graduated as a registered dental assistant from Dental Staff School in 2014. She enjoys working in dentistry because she believes that her co-workers and patients are an extension of her own family. When she is not working, you can find Addison cheering on the TN Vols, seeing a concert, or catching some rays at the beach.
Patty Sabella, RDH
Patty has been with the team since 2008. She received her degree from Youngstown State University in Ohio and relocated to Nashville with her husband Tom in 2004. Patty has experience in practices featuring orthodontics and dental implants. Her first priority is making sure her patients are comfortable and have the best care possible. In her spare time, she enjoys reading mysteries, gardening, and loving on her three rescue dogs.
Jan Watts, RDH
Jan has been practicing dental hygiene since 1988. She has worked in both periodontics and cosmetic dentistry. Outside the office, Jan enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. She enjoys decorating her home and spending time on the lake.
Lauren Young, RDH
Lauren has been practicing dental hygiene since 2010 and is a graduate of Tennessee State University. She and her husband Jared have one son. In her spare time she enjoys watching sports, going to the lake, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Jessica Knox, EFDA
Jessica is an expanded functions dental assistant and has been in the field of dentistry since 2013. She is the proud wife to her husband, Nick, and mother to two beautiful girls. She loves spending time with her friends and family. Her hobbies include hiking, sports, and anything outdoors.
Ashley Barrows, EFDA
Ashley B has been in dentistry since 2009. She loves spending time with her two sons while being outside as much as possible. She enjoys being on the water, especially kayaking, and watching a tv series while eating tacos.
Ashley Payne, RDA
Ashley P has been a dental assistant for three years. She has dedicated herself to providing quality care and ensuring patient comfort. Outside of work she loves a good beach vacation, making memories with her close friends and cuddling up with her beloved cat.
